Replacing electronic diagonal cutters, pliers, tweezers, probes and other small

electronic assembly tools is getting costly. The average price of a pair of 4-1/2"

diagonal cutters is $30.00 - $60.00 or more.

Why replace these tools when there is often a great deal of usefull life remaining

by simply reconditioning them?

The average diagonal cutter can be resharpened and refurbished 2-4 times before

replacement is necessary. The same thing is true of most other small electronic

assembly tools. Let us show you the economics of refurbishing these tools instead

of replacing them.

Reconditioning includes the following:

Resharpen and refurbish electronic cutting or crimping pliers
Refurbish wire strippers (Not the Stripmaster style)
Refurbish tweezers and probes
New grips and springs included

TOOL RECONDITIONING (Primary)

HAND TOOL RECONDITIONING FOR ELECTRONIC CUTTING PLIERS, NEEDLE NOSE PLIERS, TWEEZERS, CUTTING TWEEZERS AND PROBES

PLIERS & DIAGONAL CUTTERS

Joints are tightened for proper alignment.

All grips and broken or missing springs are removed and replaced.

Inside jaw is relief ground to allow for new shape.

Lips are ground where broken or worn.

Cutting jaws are ground to remove nicks and worn edges.

Final shaping.

All remaining surfaces are finished, ground and buffed.

Cutter edges honed to original specs.

Cutter is checked by cutting 22 ga. wire or appropriate customer material.

New PVC cushion grips are installed.

Useable molded handles are cleaned.

Tools are cleaned and lubricated.

Tools are dried and packaged.

Non-Repairable tools are returned to the customer, no charge.
